I have 32g ram using windows 10 64bit open 3 ide instances ( 3 different project ) and after hour of work all ide's are freez

i have this version of the IDE:

Opening more then 2 projects in peralel after 1 - 2 hours the ide's enter to Freez and only closing them and openning them again help 
What can i do to improve this ? this unbearable to work like this .
