tests failing in PHPStorm but passes in terminal

I've created multiple tests which are previously passing when running them in PHPStorm and are now failing for whatever reasons after a few days. So I tried running the tests via command line instead and to my surprise they're passing. Why is that happening?

 

Tried restarting my editor as well as invalidating cache to no avail.

However, have you ever thought of using it to run your unit tests? In this article ... likely the majority will pass, but some will fail.
