Cannot find student licence after a system format

About a month ago, I applied and got a student licence with my student e-mail. After a system format on my laptop, I re-installed CLion and tried to activate it with my student licence. However, my student licence is not found on my account. I tried to re-apply using my student e-mail, but this time I got a warning that tells me to wait until one week before the licence expires... Need help for solving this problem.
