"Revert change" button in diff version control toolwindow

Is there a way to change the position of the "revert" button in the diff panel? because it is side to the "include into commit" button so is very easy to fail and lose your not committed change :(

Could you please elaborate a bit more on how it makes you to lose your not committed changes?
Do I understand correctly that you mean "Revert" in the gutter?
