PyCharm 2021.3, reformat code at commit

Hello

Since updating to PyCharm 2021.3 I noticed, that PyCharm reformats the automatically the code during the commit (when using the commit screen in PyCharm). The reformating is for example to delete additional blank lines or automatically break too long lines. This leads sometimes to very ugly line breaks.

Is there any possibility to disable this "feature"?
