How to attach a Jupyter Notebook to Pycharm (Attache to process)

I am using Python 3.8.12 on Windows 10 and have tried this on various Pycharm versions (Community 2020.3.5) and also on (Professional 2021.3). When I run a Jupyter notebook with Python Shell kernel and try to attach the process to Pycharm, it saya "Connection to Python debugger failed: Accept timed out" OR "Connection to Python debugger failed: Timeout waiting for response on 501".. Any suggestions ?
