WS2021.3 seems to have some error with webpack?

When I update the webstorm to version 2021.3, I noticed that code completion and syntax highlighting were missing in my vue files.I just restart ide, reinstall vue plugin, to resolve the webpack ... But it doesn't work.

I found my code color rendering also had problems. For example, in an object, some keys become purple and some remain white.When I press "Command" and hover over it, there are some hints.

I didn't have a screenshot, so I can't provide some images.

I have now manually rolled back to version 2021.2 and everything is fine.

System version: MacOs Monterey 12.1(M1)
