Expand/Collapse to custom folds (similarly to level 1-5)
Currently you can expand all folds to a selected level from 1 to 5. Is that possible (or you know of a plugin)
with custom folds/regions?
Actually PhpStorm already has this feature implemented with custom folds collapsed when opening files
(Settings -> editor -> general -> code folding) so it shouldn't be much of a hassle to add it to 'expand to level' list?

Not aware of such plugin, unfortunately. You can submit this to our tracker at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue as a new feature request.
