Unable to start tour
Anyone able to start the tour in PyCharm Community 2021.3.1?
When I open PyCharm I get the "Welcome to PyCharm" window. I click on "Start Tour" at the bottom of the window but nothing happens.

Please upload your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Collect logs and Diagnostic Data*** to the FTP
https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and please let me know the filename.

It's working for me today. I'm not sure what was wrong. The only thing that's changed on my computer is the date.
