Can not get property in watches variables

I can not view the data of nested structures in the section Watches. But in the "Variables" section, the display is correct.

Please state the exact version of "PHP 8". Is it 8.0 or 8.1 ?
PHP 8.1.0
Has to be the same as https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-64532 . It has been fixed recently (hopefully will make to the next minor 2021.3.2 release).
In the meantime -- use PHP 8.0.x if that's possible... or use Variables panel only.
