Android new project dialogue is bad. Whom to tell, Google?

Answered

IntellJ comes with Android feature by default. One problem I have is this ugly, space-wasting new project dialogue. For other types of projects like Java or Kotlin, the dialogue is sensible, but for Android, it has this stupidly large banner saying "Select a Project Template", and the splitter between the left "Templates" and the right project types are not even resizable. So, left portion is wasting a lot of space, and the right portion lacks horizontal space displaying only one project type per row. I have to scroll a lot to fine the project type I need. If I had designed this dialogue, I would have made the "Templates" a lot narrower and display 2 or 3 project types per row on the right, maybe with smaller thumbnails.

I guess this portion is probably made by Google? But this is shipped with IntelliJ by default, not installed from Plugin market or anything. So, whom do I have to tell to fix this?
