PHPStorm IDE can not connect with Docker (Linux Mint Host)

Hello, 
i want to phpstorm with docker, but phpstorm dont recognize my docker configuration.
Docker works regular.
i want to work with an regular typo3 V11 installation, i installed it with ddev on docker base.

Does anybody has an idea?
