Whenever I open settings, I see 'Code with me', how to stop that annoying behaviour?

1) Previously settings menu used to open at the last used tab/section.

2) Now, whenever I open settings I see 'Code with me' tab, which annoys a lot!

Does anyone know how to reset that behaviour?
