Android Plugin shows "Nothing to show" after installation using Android Studio Install Plugin From Disk Follow
We've built an Android Studio plugin using IntelliJ Gradle project. We were able to deploy and test the plugin in debug mode using IntelliJ and Android Studio Arctic Fox.
For final packaging, we've built a jar artifact of the plugin and installed it in Android Studio using "Install Plugin From Disk". The plugin loads and the window shows the "Nothing to show" message.
What could be the difference between the debug and release versions? How could we view the error message during loading (if any)?

It's hard to say what's going on. To verify IDE logs, check the following article: Locating IDE log files
Jakub Chrzanowski -- thanks for the reply. the IDE log shows JCEF is not supported in this env. Is it true that JCEF is not supported by Android Studio?
Which Java Runtime do you use for running AndroidStudio? We provide dedicated JetBrains Runtime builds that also contain JCEF bundled. You may get them from here: https://github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsRuntime/releases
