How can I get my changelist back in the sidebar?
I accidentally clicked Remove from sidebar, now when I return ) Commit to the sidebar it doesn't have changelist and it's stuck on the bottom of my app.

Could you please share a screenshot of what it looks like for you currently?
The term changelist is ambiguous, there's no Remove from Sidebar action in a changelist's context menu.
Top image is how I had the screen setup.
I accidentally clicked "Remove from Sidebar" and I have no idea how to get my Commit tab to have the git local changes under it where the Version Control Integration message now appears
Ah, okay, thank you! Apparently, you've switched to the modal commit dialog.
You can revert this change at Settings | Version Control | Commit | Use non-modal commit dialog.
