Git Pop-up Menu Disabled

Hello,

I have installed Git plugin and setup remotes. However, the the pop-up Git Menu options are greyed out. 

I'm able to open some of them through ^V shortcut, however UI menu option is disabled.

Please check the screenshot for reference.

Please upload IDE logs from Help -> Collect logs and diagnostic data  to our service https://uploads.jetbrains.com and provide me with upload id.
