Disable "Rename all usages" dialogue

Each time I do a refactor that happens to occur at least once in a comment, I will get this dialogue. I would be happy to set the default behaviour to replace all occurrences, since I commonly put the exact identifier name in a comment to explain it's use or valid values. I am working on a large refactor so there's lots to rename!
