Unable to hit breakpoints whilst I can from debugger on CLI

I am running CLion (Build #CL-213.6777.58, built on January 31, 2022) and I am running into an issue where the IDE is unable to hit its breakpoints. I am able to hit those breakpoints in GDB and LLDB CLI sessions when I attach to the process or launch it from the debugger. My configurations are attached.
