Vertical Layout for Python Console, Variable Pane, SciView

Pycharm needs a feature to split python console and variable pane and place them next (not below/horizontally) to editor window.
I need more vertical space on my editor. Even if I were to undock console it doesn't help because it can only be horizontally attached to the variable pane. so I end up giving space that could be used for my editor to those windows.

Spyder, on the other hand, allow vertical half of screen to be dedicated to editor and rest of the space with variable explore, plot view... etc. There are font size and etc but anyways I have visibility up to 59th line from Spyder vs 31st line on Pycharm. I probably don't have enough space to print df on my console with Pycharm layout. For example,
