Unable to launch Intellij

Hi. Are there any error messages if you start idea from the terminal?
I am having the same problem with WebStorm on my Surface Book 3. It works fine on my desktop but fails to launch on my laptop.
"The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000005). Click OK to close the application."
@Kris Does it help if you reinstall the IDEA? What OS do you have on your Laptop?
