Suggestion: move window min/max/close buttons on Linux

In the screenshot below, I've marked sections in red which have a lot of empty space. This takes up space on a small monitor like a laptop.
In yellow, I've marked an area which might be a better location for the window minimize/maximize/close buttons.
To see what I mean, take a look at Firefox. The min/max/close buttons are on the same line as the browser tabs. This uses screen real estate efficiently.
This is on Ubuntu 21.10.
Perhaps JetBrains could consider this for a future version?
