Suddenly Pycharm does not open editor

Pycharm does not work and does not open the editor display from today. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a few times, however, the problem is still not solved.

Pycharm version:  Professional 3.3

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2, surface pro7

Below the pictures is the current situation. To begin with, I set the folder "test" and select it.

Then, set interpreter with the same one I used always.

Usually, the editor will show immediately after pushing "create" and "create from existing source" if the folder has files, but now the display did not show and the procedure is stacked.

If someone had faced the same situation and know the solution, would you tell me what I can do to solve the problem and why such a problem happened suddenly?
