Change Maker not show up when i update source code

This file also not mark up is changed and unable to commit in source control of IntelliJ IDEA. I just update the newest version (Build #IC-213.7172.25, built on March 15, 2022), but nothing change.
It happen in some file not all, but very annoying
Using git command line (or source tree), everything just fine.
