Customizing WebStorm's theme.
I've been able to figure out how to customize most of WebStorm, but how do I change the color of the background and the indent guides in the Project view?

These colors are the part of IDE theme (Look&Feel) and can't be changed via settings; the only solution I can suggest is to customize the existing theme and change the colors you're not comfortable with by creating a small theme plugin
