Failed to install Django on PyCharm

I think this may be a very basic issue but I couldn't find it since I'm very new to this.
Kindly help me out if anyone experienced something similar.

Hi,
It's that you have '$' char before the command "pip install Django==4.0.4". Deleting it should work.
