cant type on pycharm open via SSH on VM

some times when I'm starting my Pycharm I can't type any ware until (also in consol and terminal) usually when I'm restarting my computer it fixes but sometimes it taking few times on rebooting my computer to fix it, how to solve it ones and for all? I tried the vim and it was not mark by me
