You don't need to download it manually. IDE will offer you to install it once you invoke debug.

Yes, I understand that IDE will download and install the gem. I just wanted to understand where to find the GEM in case I might want to install it manually. And how is the GEM related to the current gem debase 0.2.4.1?

Hello Pere,

That gem is bundled with RubyMine and is the one we're working on. It resides inside IDE's installation folder (the path will look like `/plugins/ruby/rb/gems`)
