• For bug reports or Marketplace feature requests, please use our issue tracker. The messages there are preserved, so you can keep track of the status of your issue.  
• Use the #marketplace channel in the JetBrains Platform Slack to ask your questions and share your thoughts about JetBrains Marketplace. Keep in mind that this is not an official support channel, but rather a community of plugin developers and JetBrains employees.
