How can I open an executable on a separate monitor

I use CLion to build a plugin that runs inside of an executable that I specify using Run/Debug Configurations. When I run my program, the executable is launched on the same monitor that I have CLion open on. I would like to force the executable to open on a different monitor so that I can keep Clion open in full screen on my dev monitor without having to context switch/resize/etc. Does anyone have an idea of how I can do this?

In case the solution is OS specific, I am running on macOS Monterey.
