student license application: email blocked
I've applied for the student license for my Pycharm, I've done the process 2 or 3 times but I never receive the email from Jetbrains (I use documentary way ,cause the system showed the edu. email got some problems), however today I use GitHub education account to apply, it shows my edu. email is blocked. how can I deal with this problem?

- Your GitHub username
- the email address that you used in your application
- any officially issued document with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2021/2022 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
After getting this documentation we will help you to solve the issue.
