No progress indication during cmake-tidy inspections

In a huge project it takes considerable time for cmake-tidy inspections to complete. And they don't complete all at once: Problems are reported as they are found.

When there are no problems to report a message is displayed to that affect. But that message stays (wrongly) until the next round of inspections are complete.

While inspections are ongoing there is no feedback. Once can never be sure the currently displayed problem list is final or current.
