Does DataSpell Remote Jupyter support viewing variables and debugging?

I'm using DataSpell 2022.1.3 on Windows 10 connected to a remote Jupyter server on a Linux machine. The Jupyter Variables and Debugging tools don't appear to work. Is this expected? Will they later be implemented for remote sessions? Thank you
