signPlugin: Throw PBKDF2with8BIT SecretKeyFactory not available

Hi JetBrains,   

i have some problems when execute signPlugin. first,  i get this error

pemObject must not be null

and i do it on this issue, but i get another error

my resolution process

• use directly tokens in the build file
• use brew install openssl replace macos bundled tool
• use another Inter Arch computer

but all of above methods all report the same error, so how can i resolve this problem

MacOS version: 12.4 (21F79)  M1 arch
