New update not getting download in app
Lately, I am receiving a new PyCharm update version `2022.1.3`, but whenever I click download from the editor itself, it redirects me to the PyCharm download page and ask me to download the new one from there, I have been using PyCharm for 1.5 years now, but this is the first time I am seeing an update is pushed out as a new app? Am I missing something or its a bug?

unfortunately, we had an issue with 2022.1.2 -> 2022.1.3 patches. It is impossible to update to 2022.1.3 by patch.

Yes, there will be a patch. The current behaviour is an exception.
