Possible to switch back to 2022.1 UI?

Back when the new UI preview program was announced, it was stated they would offer the ability to switch UIs for roughly a year.

We’d also like to reiterate that we’re doing a gradual, feedback-driven rollout of the new UI. The current UI will remain available for at least two years, and we’re not going to remove it until we’ve seen that the vast majority of our users have successfully made the switch to the new UI. Also, very few of the design decisions you see now in the new UI are final, and we’re open to revisiting them based on your feedback.

2022.2 is released with new UI and do not see where you can switch UIs.

Please check if you have the "IntelliJ New UI" plugin enabled.
If it is here, disabling it should do the trick and return to an old UI.

I don't see this plugin in the list, I am on version 2022.2.1 (222.3739.54) on Linux.

How do I disable the new UI?

Could you please show a screenshot of the built-in IDE Registry window (first page would be enough)?
You may access it by typing "Registry" in "Help > Find Action".

ide.experimental.ui was enabled, disable that + restart did the trick :)

And you could use Opt+Shift+Cmd / to access Maintenance and Click the first menu 'Registry'. Then look for the experiment ui, tick/untick and restart.
