iCloud problems with creating a Django project

When creating a Django project I get a pop-up with the following message:

Error creating Django application: Error on Python side. Exit code: 1, err: CommandError: /Users/Pascal/Library/Mobile/manage.py already exists. Overlaying a project into an existing directory won't replace conflicting files. out:

How do I solve this? I started to learn to make a website using PyCharm and Django so I probably did something wrong fiddling around.

Update:
I removed the folder "Mobile" and tried again. Now I received a new error:

Error creating Django application: Error on Python side. Exit code: 2, err: /Users/Pascal/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Apps/Pycharm/djangoProject/venv/bin/python: can't open file '/Users/Pascal/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Apps/Pycharm/djangoProject/manage.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory out:

So then I started thinking, why is 1 error in a folder called "Mobile" and 1 error in "Mobile Documents"? I created a couple of Django projects and now I see what is happening.

I think PyCharm, Django or Python cannot handle the space between "Mobile" and "Documents" of the iCloud folder "Mobile Documents".

I cannot change the name of the folder because it is the name Apple gave it and uses by default for iCloud.

Is there anything else I can do than not storing my PyCharm projects in iCloud?
