Highlighting In Terminal on Windows Like VS Code

Hi,

Is it possible to highlight words in the terminal as VS Code does? I want to be able to quickly be able to ctrl+shift+left arrow and select a word or multiple words and change them quickly when I'm running similar commands. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing to be able to do this?
