Some feedback for the new ui (imo)

Answered

Hi, it's been like 1 month since I use the new jetbrains UI and I find some features missing from the old UI and it's really annoying for me since I used them a lot in the previous versions. I find the new ui beatiful, but there are a lot of features removed and this is really disappointing for me :/.

First of all, we can't use multiple rows for the tabs anymore and that's a big problem for me, because I always have many tabs opened and scrolling in the tabs is a pain. The overflow menu is not that practical for me.

After this, the fact that we can't split the left/bottom/right panels in half (for example for the left : in the top the files and in the bottom the structure) is annoying because it limits the number of panels shown from 6 to 3. (and splitting in 2 is very useful imo).

Last, this is a design choice I guess, but the fact that the top menu has gone into a button adds useless steps to get to some items.

Hopefully you can fix some of these problems !

You may try `View mode | Float` or `View mode | Window` for setting any window size by clicking ⚙️ icon at the window top right. If that is not an option, please upvote issue IDEA-294655
