Save tips (for later reference).

I don't think that I need to emphasize the fact that IntelliJ is a superb IDE,

I'm actually glad that I can come up with a way to improve it ^^:

wouldn't it be swell to be able to save tips?

I enjoy the daily tip and they are mostly usefull,

but I don't think you can save a certain tip (so you can try it later on when you have more time)

(the tip I wanted to save is about debugging and I currently don't have time to fire up the debugger to test it)

(it would be superb if there would be a tip about saving tips of course, but I'm not going to go ahead on myself)
