Can't add a python interpreter

Hi everyone,

When I try to add a new python interpreter from existing virtualenv or pipenv when press to APPLY button or OK button the window of the settings doesn't respond and only shows the loader spinner how to show below

 

And only says "Scanning installed package", I try to clean up my interpreter list but when I try to delete any old interpreter doesn't apply and the error only persists

Did it happen to someone else?

My PyCharm specifications:

  • Build #PY-222.3345.131, built on July 27, 2022
  • Runtime version: 17.0.3+7-b469.32 x86_64
  • VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
  • OS: MacOS - Monterey (12.5)

Please upload the logs folder zipped from ***Help | Collect logs and Diagnostic Data***  to the FTP

https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and please let me know the filename. 

 

Also, please attach as screenshot of the interpreter configuration, before you click "create".
