Does JetBrains have phone based technical support?

I cannot find a straightforward answer to this anywhere. Can I call someone for technical support on Jetbrains products? Not sales support, and not text based alternatives like a chatbot/forum/support ticket. Is it possible to talk to a person on the phone about technical issues with a JetBrains product?

Googling this just tries to point me at various text based alternatives. I'm guessing this means no?

We offer the sales phone support, technical support is performed via the ticket system which we found much more convenient (since the phone doesn't suit well to provide screenshots, logs and other data that is often needed to resolve the problems).
