intelij can not be opened , it trying to use reach 100 + GB RAM and try to open 100 projects

Hi all,
my Intelij does not work.\when i try to open it , it open 100 and more projects and uses 100GB + RAM.
all actions with the UI i can not do as it is stuck.\how can i cleanup all old projects he is trying to open ?
unitintall and instlall didnt work ...

Hi there,
Try closing the IDE and deleting (or renaming) the entire config directory. It will be re-created from scratch next time you launch the IDE, and the list of recent projects will be cleared out.
