Feature request "formatter settings" for the cli formatter

Hi,

a while back I opened this Thread where I tried to format files with the idea cli formatter respecting the intellij code style settings. When applying the right code style file the formatter works fine except the import order which is usually controlled by the "optimized imports" procedure of the formatter. The problem is that the intellij cli formatter doesn't execute the "optimized imports" operation and there is no option to activate it. Within the gui there is a checkbox for the imports within the "Reformat" option, it would be great if such an option exists in the cli formatter as well.
