Intelij keybinding issues

Hello i've recently moved to linux and after installing intelij idea community edition i found some weird keybindings that could not be changed even through keymap settings. the weird thing is that pycharm keybindings are fine and i even exported and imported pycharm settings into intelij but nothing changed.

when i press CTRL + Q (which should show the quick doc by default)
Shift + Left / Right Arrow works same as CTRL + Left / Right Arrow does and now only ctrl + shift + left / right arrow works to select a text in keyboard which toggles the insert mode and it also has different keybindings to use forexample i can't type and i have to press s to remove the selected text and also get out of insert mode.

I'm using the latest intelij idea in monjaro gnome.
