Docker and GPU useless with PyCharm

I wanted to be able to use Docker and GPU with PyCharm, but I couldn't use it on Windows in the first place, and I was able to get it to work once on Linux, but the operation is unstable. PyCharm is useless.
PyCharm is using the paid version of Professional.
I had no choice, so I tried VSCode. Then I was able to use Docker and GPU.
I'm thinking of switching to VSCode.
Is PyCharm not compatible or unstable with Docker or GPU?
Is there a good way to handle this?

I'm guessing that if you're reading this page, you're having the same problem. I think you should try VSCode as well.

Hi, we would appreciate if you submit an issue to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/py with detailed description:

1. Steps to reproduce the issue.

2. The expected and actual results

3. Logs from **Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data**

Then we can try to identify/resolve it.
