How to disable these plugin recommendations

I have many prestashop projects and they contains psalm and phpstan, so each time I open a project, I get these hints

Do you know how to disable them?

For info, these balloons are under the PHP category

I don't want to disable all php messages, so I didn't find a good solution to disable these specific ballons

Please tell me if there is a simple solution that I missed
