Where do you set Spring Boot run tool window?

I have a multi-module project with multiple Spring Boot Applications. I was shown a notification asking if I wanted to manage the multiple Spring Boot run configurations in the Services tool window. At the time, I accidentally clicked the "don't ask again" option. But now I want to make that setting. I've search for the setting, but cannot find where you set whether Spring Boot run configurations open in the Run tool window, or the Services tool window.

1. Where can I modify this setting?
2. Is there a way to undo the "Don't Ask Again" selection? And is that per project or IDE-wide?
