Ctrl up or down arrow Pycharm on Ubuntu Follow
Hi guys.
Normally with ctrl+up arrow or ctrl+down arrow, my cursor was moving.
Now ctrl+up arrow only moves my screen and my cursor is not moving.
How can i go back to "my" normal?

Hi,
It sounds like the OS intercepts the shortcut. Maybe you could disable it on the OS level?
Hi Andrey,
Thanks for your response.
I downloaded "geany" which is a text editor to try whether ctrl + up arrow moves my cursor or not. It moved my cursor.
Anyway, how can i search for your response on google? What should i wright? I have already spent 3-4 hours on this topic mate :)
Please help :)
Sorry, maybe I have incorrectly interpreted what you have meant by moving your screen. Please try selecting a default keymap scheme to make sure it's not a shortcut issue, and disable any custom plugins you may have. Does the issue persist?
I did reset my settings with that: File | Manage IDE Settings | Restore Default Settings.
I still can not move my cursor with ctrl holding + up/down arrow key. ctrl+up/down arrow key only moves my screen.
Even in this comment section i can move my cursor with ctrl :) i really miss that :))
Waiting for your response, thanks so far
I would suggest submitting an issue to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com with the following data:
- Screencast demonstrating the issue
