Folder managment
Is there any way I can mark folders in color or with icons (I want to mark component folders completed/extend later/refactor etc.. to distinguish tasks on them)

You may create a custom scope and then assign a color to it in "Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | File Colors":
