All configurations window - assign shortcuts

The All Configurations popup has a column for shortcut numbers that seem to be assigned based on the last executed configuration (additionally 0 is preconfigured).
Only 1 and sometimes 2 are available. Is there any possibility to assign those shortkeys directly?
For example I'd like to always have start on 1, All Tests on 2, ...

Those mnemonics are assigned dynamically to certain Run popup items and unfortunately there's no way to customize this so far.
There's a request to redesign this approach IDEA-290631 , please upvote it.
Also there is a request to allow assigning shortcuts to certain run configurations that you might want to upvote too.
